This super-nourishing cream formula infuses strands with a concentrated blend of silk amino acids and proteins to rebuild bonds, strengthening and smoothing the hair shaft and giving hair the ultimate body, bounce, and shine. Since Silkamino™ Masker doesn’t contain silicones, its nutrient-rich formula just needs a little bit of time to penetrate, but it is super concentrated, and a little goes a long way. At a barrier-supportive acidic pH of 4.3, Silkamino™ Mega-Moisturizing Masker nourishes without disrupting the scalp’s delicate acid mantle.

Key ingredients

Hydrolyzed Silk: Conditioning protein that works by filling in “cracks” in the hair shaft, temporarily smoothing damaged hair in between shampoos.

Silk Amino Acids: Softening amino acids derived from silk that help to add strength, improve manageability, and give hair a healthier appearance.

Virgin Marula Oil: This super-absorbable oil, high in critical antioxidants and omegas 6 and 9, helps moisturize, add shine, and smooth the hair shaft.

Diheptyl Succinate: Naturally derived silicone substitute that smooths the hair shaft while adding shine and fighting frizz.

Sulphates, silicones, essential oils, fragrances dyes and drying alcohols.

Usage

After cleansing hair with the Drunk Elephant shampoo of your choice, apply a small amount of Silkamino™ Masker, starting at the ends and working up to the roots. Wait 1-3 minutes and rinse well. For a deeper weekly treatment, apply a generous amount, comb through to disperse evenly, and wait 20-30 minutes before rinsing.
