If you face any problem while working on a certain operation system and another browser other than this you are currently using, please send the following information :-

Operation system, example ( Windows XP / MacOS / Linux.. etc)

the browser you are using, example (Internet Explorer 7.0 / Firefox 2.0 / Safari 3.0.. etc)

Problems Loging in?
If you do not remember your password use the form above to have a new password generated and sent to you. You must enter your registration email. If you do not remember your username you must send an email from the email you used for registration to administrator with your full details including your Name and Date of Birth.
The site admin will reset your password manually. Please allow up to two business days for response.

Did you activate your account?
In order to complete your registration you need to respond to the link in your confirmation email, if you have not received the confirmation email, please do the following:

• Check your email inbox/spam or junk folders for the confirmation email.
• Enter your email address used in registration to have the confirmation email resent to you.
