    Introducing new! Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Velvet, a velvet-smooth lip mousse with weightless, full pigment, true-matte colour, cushioned, comfortable wear and a smoothing lip finish that allows you to line and apply with a multifunctional, teardrop-shaped cushioned wand.

    Usage

    Using the point of the wand, trace cupids bow to centre lip shape and line outer edges. Gently swipe flat paddle edge of wand across lips in one smooth gesture for full-pigment, true-matte soft focus colour.
