    Key ingredients

    Schisandra: traditionally used in Chinese medicine (TCM) to help relieve night sweats, this adaptogenic ingredient also helps the body adapt and respond to stress.

    Sage: used in Western Herbal Medicine (WHM) to assist with the relief of night sweats and perspiration, as well as hops which is a soporific used in WHM to help induce sleep and relieve feelings of restlessness and nervous energy.

    Vitamin C: helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue as well as skin health and collagen production.

    Usage

    Take 2 capsules at bedtime, with water or as professionally prescribed. Store below 25ºC in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
