The wild boar bristle hairbrush of the Officine Universelle Buly works miracles for your hair. A model of elegance and efficiency, it brings order and shine to any hairstyle. Cut from stained beech wood, its long handle gives it a perfect grip, while its wide brush with wild boar bristles smooths and shines the entire head of hair, leaving no respite for spikes and giving volume and density to even the finest cuts. Regular, meticulous hair brushing is as much about aesthetics as it is about care. It allows you to flaunt a flawless cut, stimulate hair growth and soothe the mind through repetition of gesture.
The wild boar bristle hairbrush will be sold in a velvet pouch to protect it and maintain its beauty and effectiveness over time.
The wild boar bristle hairbrush is gifted with the highest of distinctions in gilded lettering: an engraving of a name, surname or other initials on its back to display elegance and ownership.
The Officine has the largest collection of beauty accessories in the world on its shelves: hundreds of combs and brushes for all types of hair or beards, bath accessories (horsehair gloves, embroidered pumice stones, wooden brushes…) but also make-up brushes, toothbrushes or razors…
Often customizable, these beauty accessories become essential when it comes to brushing, scrubbing, shaving, detangling or even applying make-up with care. The Officine Universelle Buly has travelled across the world in search of these daintily crafted tools for body, face and hair care. These treasures are often handcrafted by talented artisans.
Ideal for daily brushing of fine to normal hair. We recommend brushing your hair several times a day to stimulate the scalp, prevent breakage and encourage regrowth. A proper brushing routine also helps to protect the hair naturally, thanks to the sebum distributed by the keratin fibres.
Fournival brushes last a lifetime, provided you take good care of them.
Brushes accumulate a variety of dirt and other undesirable elements over time, which affect the beauty of the brush and the hair. After each brushing, remove the trapped hair with the Officine cleaning rake and deep-clean the fibres once a week, following these sincere recommendations: lather a dab of mild shampoo in warm water and immerse the fibres, moving back and forth in a figure-of-eight pattern four times. Rinse the fibres with warm water and wrap the brush in a dry cloth. Finally, leave the beautiful brush to breathe and air dry.
