In this intimate session, you'll join Melbourne-based naturopath and Founder of probiotic wellness brand SolBiome, Emily Carlstrom, as she discusses the connection between the skin and the gut microbiome. Emily will explore a holistic approach to skincare and how to support your long-term skin wellbeing.
Expect to leave with a better understanding of your skin and with practical, evidence-informed advice on creating a harmonious routine that works for your skin.
What to know before you book
You can meet Emily in store at the following session times: 12:30pm, 1:00pm.
Bookings are encouraged, however walk-ups are also welcomed on the day.
The event is held on the Communal table in the MECCA Apothecary.
