Usage
-Press the heart-shaped Blur Puff into the mesh dispenser.
-Tap off excess powder, then gently press onto skin to set and lock in makeup.
-For a soft-focus finish, apply lightly beneath the eyes and around the mouth.
-To bake and sculpt, press a generous layer beneath the eyes, under the contour, along the nose or forehead. Leave briefly, then dust away excess with a fluffy brush.
