The wax, specifically suited to each fragrance oil, is hand-poured around a wick that burns with a clean and defined flame. One day, as a child, Frédéric Malle found himself standing in the entrance of a Parisian apartment before a great sandalwood statue of Buddha. Its scent had spread throughout the apartment and had cast its spell; young Malle was captivated.
Thereafter, the memory troubled him, until he requested it be realized as a candle fragrance; only then could he finally travel again, all the way to India and back, from his living room.

100% handmade with a burn time of up to 60 hours.
Vegetal and tallow waxes are used in unique recipes to optimally diffuse each of our scents to their highest olfactory potential.
220g single-wick candle.
Usage
Ensure that wax melts all the way to candle's edge on first burn. Do not burn for more than 3 consecutive hours to avoid glass overheating and breaking. Trim wick before each use.
