What began as a playful nod to Pesto became something far more transcendent. The moment Basil, Mint, juicy Pea Tendrils, and warm Golden Ginger mingled, the fragrance felt too alive, too divine, to be called anything less than Green Goddess. This is the green of magic and ritual, growth and new beginnings.
This is an ode to terrestrial divinity: radiant, herbaceous, and wildly ripening, steeped in dappled sunlight and made for every corner of the home (yes, even the kitchen).
We launched Green Goddess during Virgo Season for a reason. Virgo is the gardener, the herbalist, and the harvester of the zodiac; the one who knows the sacred order of the soil and honors the rituals of the earth.
Green Goddess is her scent: an exalted green, bright and balancing, filled with freshness and clarity. A candle that channels the calming, meditative, and life-giving essence of the garden. She is an invitation to breathe in, clear out, and come back to what feels rooted and real.
Fragrance notes
Top Notes: Green Basil
Peppery and green, Basil leaves have long been herbs of ritual and reverence, carried in pockets for protection and placed on altars for clarity. Their scent calms the mind, grounds the spirit, and calls us back to center.
Middle Notes: Fresh Mint
Cool and crystalline, the scent of Mint cuts through the air like a fresh breeze through the garden. Here its bright and invigorating, awakening the senses and restoring balance to the atmosphere of the space.
Base Notes: Golden Ginger
A balance between the sparkle of citrus and the warmth of spice, Golden Ginger is glowing fire in root form. Here its a sharp, juicy aromatic that makes Green Goddess feel more alive.

"Let me tell you about Green Goddess.
Somewhere along the way, Harvey started talking about Pesto. Pesto… As a candle? At first, I wasn’t sure. But as the team got to work, what unfolded was incredible. Our new Green Goddess Candle is a radiant, wild thing: curling with the aroma of fresh Mint, bright Pea Tendrils, African Rosemary, and moist Basil. It took us well over a year to get it perfectly right, and the scent is incredibly refreshing and original — giving me the same rush and kick as the original Tomato Candle. It really doesn’t make sense, but it’s fantastic.

Green Goddess is a fecund celebration of all that bursts with green. It mingles freshly-picked Basil, sharp Mint, bright pea Tendrils, and warm Golden Ginger — conjuring those fleeting moments at golden hour when everything is lush and the garden feels alive.
Usage
When burning your candle for the first time, allow it to burn for 2 to 3 hours, until the top layer of the wax has completely melted. This will prevent the wax from tunneling around the wick. When burning the candle after the first burn, do not let it burn for over 3 hours at a time.
Ideally, we recommend keeping the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch at all times to prevent the candle from emitting smoke or the wick falling into the wax.
After each burn, see that the wick is centered in the wax. This will also ensure that the glass does not overheat. The wick and flame should never be touching the glass. When approaching the end of the candle, leave ¼ inch of wax unburned and ensure you are not burning the candle for more than 3 hours. The glass can get overheated without the presence of wax and break.
