The day before your birthday, Beauty Loop will send you an email (to the email address registered to your Beauty Loop account) sharing your gift. If you can’t find it in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folders and confirming you’re subscribed to Beauty Loop emails via the steps listed here.  

Still no luck? Don’t worry, you can also access your birthday e-gift card by logging into your account on mecca.com or the MECCA App and heading to the ‘Rewards’ section. 

Remember, you need to have added your birth date to your Beauty Loop account prior to your birthday in order to receive your gift card – you can check this by logging in here.

Remember, Beauty Loop birthday gifts may change from time to time. You’ll receive an e-gift card on your birthday between 1 October 2024 and 30 September 2025.
