Usage
Peppermint Botanical Toothpaste: Brush teeth thoroughly with approximately 1–2 cm of toothpaste for 2 minutes, morning and evening, or after meals. Spit and rinse. Do not swallow.
Peppermint Botanical Mouthwash: Rinse with approximately 10–15 mL for 30–60 seconds, morning and evening, or after brushing. Spit out. Do not swallow.
Dosage
Peppermint Botanical Toothpaste - use 1–2 cm per use, twice daily. Peppermint Botanical Mouthwash use 10–15 mL per use, twice daily.twice daily for optimum results.
