Step into a world of balance and restoration with our acupuncture consultation. More than just an acupuncture treatment, this in-depth session with a Chinese medicine practitioner is an exploration of your unique constitution and needs.
Your consultation may include a combination of Chinese medicine practices tailored specifically to you, such as tongue, pulse and face mapping assessments, alongside a detailed case history. Treatment options may include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxa, LED heat lamp, Tui Na (Chinese massage), or even a Chinese herbal medicine prescription. These therapies are thoughtfully combined and supported by guided meditation or a consciously created music playlist, to support your physical, emotional and energetic health.
COSMETIC ACU-FACIAL
Experience the ultimate fusion of beauty and wellness with our Cosmetic Acu-Facial (including body acupuncture) treatment – a luxurious session designed to refresh your skin and realign your inner pathways for greater overall health. This treatment blends the ancient art of Chinese medicine with modern techniques to smooth fine lines, reduce puffiness and naturally stimulate collagen and elastin for radiant, toned skin.
Your session includes gua sha, jade rolling, facial cupping and cosmetic acupuncture, tailored to rejuvenate your skin’s vitality. To take it deeper, we also incorporate body acupuncture to address internal imbalances, promote relaxation and elevate your results.
Whether you’re seeking relief, balance, inner connection and/or deeper alignment, this consultation is your first step towards real transformation – inside and out.

What to know before you book
Arrive early and settle in: We would love for you to arrive at the apothecary desk 10 minutes prior, to ease into the space and make the most of your appointment.
New Client Form: Your practitioner is excited to get to know you better! Please complete the form found in your confirmation email as soon as possible before your appointment. This helps us to prepare for your visit, so that we can dive straight into delivering the care you deserve.
Confidentiality Guaranteed: Your privacy is our top priority. All appointment records are kept confidential for our eyes only and are not accessible by MECCA staff.
Under 18's: If you're under 18, a parent or guardian may need to complete a consent form before your appointment.
Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. Payment is required before receiving any medicines or products.
Cancellation Policy: Life happens – we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to make the best use of our practitioners’ time and ensure everyone gets the care they need. If cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance, you may choose to have your deposit refunded or credited towards future sessions. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee (i.e., your deposit will not be refunded).
Private Health Rebates: If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates on some services. We will email you your receipt to submit to your insurer and receive your refund.
Sundays and Public Holidays: Please note that there is an appointment surcharge of 10% on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide exceptional care on these days.
