Before you come in, please complete a short pre-service form to help us tailor the experience to you. Tell us your holiday plans, gift lists, budget and preferences to make your time with us absolutely effortless.

On the day, your dedicated gifting concierge will present options to you. While our team organises your chosen gifts with wrapping and personalisation, you’ll be paired with an Atelier Artist to enjoy a pampering touch-up for yourself – the perfect way to take the stress out of holiday shopping.

During your 90 minute appointment, you can expect to:

• Receive personalised gifting options curated from your pre-service form.

• Choose from a selection of gifts that suit your needs and budget.

• Add complimentary engraving, calligraphy and gift wrapping to make each gift unique and personal.

• Enjoy complimentary refreshments and a light touch-up in a calm space away from the holiday rush.
