Take a moment to unplug and unwind with an immersive sound bath.
Led by Romy, a Melbourne-based sound bath facilitator and practitioner of Peter Hess Klangmassage (Sound Massage), this guided session is designed to leave you feeling rested, restored and calm. Plus, you'll receive a complimentary eye mask and kit: Functional Fragrance Unwind.*
Beginners are welcome. No previous meditation or sound bath experience necessary!

What to know before you book
- This event is exclusive to MECCA Bourke Street.
- Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided.

- I do not have a condition that would make participation inadvisable. If I do, I have consulted my healthcare provider before attending. Conditions requiring particular care include cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, epilepsy, a history of fainting or seizures, severe hypertension, glaucoma, recent surgery or serious mental health conditions.
