Join us as we opt for a moment to unplug and relax with a sound bath session on Saturday 29 August, from 10:00am to 11:00am. Hosted by Romy, a Melbourne-based Sound Bath Facilitator and Peter Hess Klangmassage (Sound Massage) Practitioner, this immersive sound experience will leave your nervous system soothed and calm.
What to know before you book
- Beginners are welcome. No experience necessary.
- You can dip in and out of the class as you need.
- Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided.
