Usage
Prime eyelids with Shadow Insurance Primer & blend using clean fingertip or flat eye shadow brush. Define crease w/ matte shade using fluffy blending brush. Place brush tip in crease starting from outer corner & lightly buffing to inner corner in rainbow motion. Apply your choice of shade onto eyelid using flat eye shadow brush. For shimmer shades, apply using clean fingertip & tapping motion.
