Usage
Pillow Spray: Spray three times onto your pillow and bedding. Wait 30 seconds until the scent settles.
Sensory Point Oil: Apply 3 drops on each suggested sensory point, massaging gently onto skin 5-10 minutes before sleeping. For additional support combine the oil application with slow deep breathing.
