About The Archive

The Beauty That Shaped Us
Contributed by MECCA

When we launched the MECCA Archive, we began with our own team – the beating heart of our business. Across MECCA, team members came together for “Scrap and Yap” sessions – a moment to reflect, share and create “scrapbooks” of their beauty stories, collaging memories, rituals, products and reflections that have shaped how they see themselves, and how they help others feel seen every day.

From first lipsticks and DIY makeup moments to reflections on confidence, self-expression and belonging, and how beauty connects us; to ourselves, to each other, and to MECCA’s purpose of helping people to look, feel and be their best.
