Usage
- May be used alone or as a topper to any lip look.
- Alone: Glide onto lips, reapplying as needed.
- As a topper: Outline and fill in lips with Smudge & Contour Lip Pencil, building up color as desired. For a high-impact look, follow with the Essential Lip Compact, applying with the Lip Brush for precision or fingers for a soft, blurred look.
