Usage
In The AM:
It might taste delicious but save Easy, Breezy, Magneezy for bedtime.
In The PM:
Within 60 minutes of bedtime, thoroughly mix one level scoop (6g) of powder into a 200mL glass of water. Drink immediately. Put your phone away and go to sleep.
