We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience in the meantime. Once our warehouse receives your return, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. It’s also best to keep in mind that your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account. 

Returns in Australia:

If you’re returning a product via post in Australia, you will be able to track the delivery of your return through the Australia Post tracking number supplied when you book your return. This way, you will be able to see exactly when it reaches our warehouse (for returns via post, products typically take 7 to 10 business days to reach our warehouse). 

Returns in New Zealand:

In order to ensure your return reaches our warehouse safely, we recommend posting the items back to us with a tracking number and signature requirement on delivery. In doing so, you will be able to see exactly when the item reaches our warehouse and track your return accordingly.
