Usage
-Sharpen the tip with the Dual Precision Sharpener (sold separately), then glide along the
lash line or waterline.
-For a soft, diffused effect, blend with a small eye brush. Work on one eye at a time—the formula sets quickly.
- To create a soft wing, use an angled liner brush to pull colour out.
