It’s that quality that led her from the ethereal realms of fantasy to major campaigns for Chanel and Vogue Australia, as well as roles in Damien Chazelle’s Babylon, alongside Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt, and the critically acclaimed miniseries Boy Swallows Universe.

1. When did you first discoverFig.1 skincare and what do you love most about the brand?
“I heard about Fig.1 from my friend, [fellow Australian actress] Claire Holt. She was using it during COVID, and with ample time during quarantine to experiment with different skincare lines, I decided to try. I was really impressed both with the broad variety of derm-developed products, and the clinical research behind them. Having spent a lot of money on retinol and vitamin C in the past, I was blown away at the quality of the products, while staying at an attainable price point.”
2. What is an underrated Fig. 1 product you think everyone must try, and why?
‘’My all-time favourite Fig.1 product is the Micellar Oil Cleanser. But I also really love the Retinol Night Cream and the Vitamin C 15% Treatment.’’
3. What is a non-negotiable step in your daily skin routine, and why?
‘’Always apply sunscreen!’’
4. Who is your ultimate beauty muse?
‘’Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. Clean skin, shiny hair, and chic, simple outfits.’’
5. What is your favourite comfort meal?
“Pad Thai.”
6. What was the last great book you read?
“I am currently reading The Elissas by Samantha Leach.”
7. What is the one song you always play when you’re getting ready?
‘’Anything Taylor Swift.’’
8. Where was your last great trip?
‘’The Calile in Brisbane! I love all the restaurants in the hotel, but in particular, Hellenika.’’
9. What do you think will be the next big beauty trend?
“Not wearing mascara, just curling your lashes.”
10. What is the one scent you’ll always smell in your home?
“I love any candle that has notes of amber, jasmine and musk.”
11. Are you into retinol? And if so, how does it feature in your routine?
‘’I love retinol. I use it maybe three times a week. But you have to make sure to cleanse your face in the morning if you wear it overnight, and always wear sunscreen!’’
12. What is the one Fig. 1 product you can’t travel without?
‘’The Micellar Oil Cleanser.’’
