Usage
Perineal Massage Oil: Begin perineal massage 2-3 times a week from around 34 weeks of pregnancy.
Post Birth Spray: Use in the hours, days, and weeks after birth to gently support recovery and provide refreshing relief, misting directly onto the perineum or maternity pads as often as needed, with a cooling fridge option for extra comfort.
Nipple Butter: Use as required before and/or after breastfeeding. Gently pat the nipple dry and apply a small amount of balm to the affected area.
Peri Wash Bottle: Fill with warm water, extend the spout until it clicks into place, then while seated hold the bottle upside down and gently squeeze to release a steady stream over the perineal and vulva area during urination, using as often as needed.
Reusable nursing pads: Place the reusable nursing pad inside your bra with the soft side against the skin to absorb leaks and keep you dry, changing as needed throughout the day and washing after use for reuse.
