Your treatment begins with a signature double cleanse and gentle steam to decongest and prepare the skin. This is followed by an anti-ageing facial massage using Dr. Barbara Sturm’s exclusive techniques to stimulate circulation and tone. Then, a tailored mask and targeted skin boosters are applied, leaving your skin refreshed and visibly rejuvenated.

Technology:

• Steamer: Opens pores, boosts circulation and preps the skin for deeper cleansing and product penetration.
• LED light therapy: Targets a range of concerns from fine lines to the appearance of redness and pigmentation while working to stimulate collagen production and reduce inflammation.

Your dermal therapist will select the most suitable options based on your skin’s needs on the day of treatment – not all technologies or actives will be used in every treatment.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT

• There is no downtime associated with this treatment. You may experience a little redness but this should dissipate over the next few hours.
• Avoid makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment. When you do apply it, ensure all brushes and sponges are freshly cleaned to prevent irritation.
• Refrain from heat-based activities for 24 hours, including steam rooms, saunas, swimming and intense exercise.
• Avoid direct sun exposure for three days and apply SPF 50+ daily.
