Naturopathic care is no longer limited by location. Our online consultations are designed to bring thoughtful, personalised support into your home - whether you’re based in Melbourne, travelling, living interstate, sick at home or simply wanting the ease and comfort of connecting virtually.
These sessions create space to step back and look at the bigger picture of your health. Depending on what you need, your naturopath may explore areas such as stress, sleep, skin, digestion, hormones, energy, immune health and overall wellbeing, while considering your health history, current concerns, lifestyle and any recent testing.
From shorter express appointments to more in-depth initial consultations and ongoing follow-up care, each session is tailored to meet you where you are. Your naturopath will work collaboratively with you to develop a personalised plan that may include herbal medicines, targeted supplements, nutrition, lifestyle guidance and practical next steps designed to feel realistic and supportive within everyday life.

As your needs evolve, follow-up consultations provide an opportunity to check in, refine your plan, build on progress and continue the conversation over time. Sometimes it’s the smaller adjustments, deeper understanding and ongoing support that help people feel most connected to their health again.

What to know before you book
Prepare your space: We would love for you to settle into a quiet, comfortable and uninterrupted space prior to your consultation, so you can make the most of your appointment.
New Client Form: If it’s your first time with us, or you’ve booked a new appointment type, please complete the form found in your welcome email as soon as possible before your consultation. This helps your practitioner prepare for your session and make the most of your time together.
Confidentiality Guaranteed: Your privacy is our top priority. All appointment records are kept confidential for our eyes only and are not accessible by MECCA staff.
Under 18's: If you're under 18, a parent or guardian may need to complete a consent form before your appointment.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is required before receiving any prescribed medicines or products.
Cancellation Policy: Life happens - we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to make the best use of our practitioners’ time and ensure everyone gets the care they need. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be credited towards a future appointment or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee and if within 3 hours or you miss the appointment time, the full fee will apply.
Private Health Rebates: If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates on some services. We will email you your receipt to submit to your insurer.
Sundays and Public Holidays: Please note that there is an appointment surcharge of 10% on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide exceptional care on these days. Read the full The Melbourne Apothecary Terms of Service
