Dosage
Take 2 tablets once daily with water, or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed 2 tablets per day.

This medicine contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of Selenium from dietary sources should not be exceeded.
