The new Gel Eyeliner lines eyes for enhanced definition, creating a customizable gaze. Available in three shades: 01 Cream 02 Cocoa 03 Black.
Usage
Gel Eyeliner in 02 Cocoa and 03 Black: Apply at the outer corner, moving toward the inner corner of the eye. Blend out with Smokey Eye Brush 14. Diffuse and intensify with appropriate eyeshadow using Smokey Eye Brush 14 on the top and lower lash line. All 3 shades can also be worn in the waterline.
