Through our MECCA M-POWER social change program, our aim is to end gender inequality and champion the rights, opportunities and voices of women and girls.

We started with education, and since 2019, we have supported 10,000 young women experiencing social and financial barriers to complete secondary school.

Now, we’re aiming higher, supporting our M-POWER Collective of organisations that work to advance gender equality across Education, Health & Wellbeing, and Arts & Culture.

When we re-launched M-POWER in October 2022, we said we wanted to go BIGGER and BOLDER. And bigger and bolder we have gone! Since then, our movement has grown – our team and community are getting behind our bold vision to achieve gender equality in our lifetime.

We are thrilled to be able to celebrate and showcase some of the achievements of which we are most proud – proof of our purpose in action: to embolden through beauty, by helping people to look, feel and be their best.
