With the guidance of our self-image coach, you will:

- Learn tools to quiet negative self-talk and build self-compassion.
- Create an empowering self-image, rooted in curiosity, compassion and possibility.
- Cultivate emotional resilience, so you can navigate life with confidence and balance.
BREATH COACHING
Catch Your Breath, Change Your Life
Your breath is the key to unlocking calm, focus and control. In Breath Coaching, you will discover how to harness intentional breathing, to ease anxiety, release stress, improve digestion and access deep, restorative sleep. This isn’t just about breathing – it’s about learning how to use this natural tool to support your mind and body, every day. In your sessions, you will:
- Master breathing techniques to manage stress and regulate emotions.
- Learn tools to improve focus, clarity and overall wellbeing.
- Build a stronger connection between your breath, body and mind.
- Use your breath as a transformative tool to elevate your daily life.

Initial | $195 + GST | 60 minutes

Note: Deposit = $45 with difference collected at time of appointment.
What to know before you book
Arrive early and settle in: We would love for you to arrive at the apothecary desk 10 minutes prior, to ease into the space and make the most of your appointment.
New Client Form: Your practitioner is excited to get to know you better! Please complete the form found in your confirmation email as soon as possible before your appointment. This helps us to prepare for your visit, so that we can dive straight into delivering the care you deserve.
Confidentiality Guaranteed: Your privacy is our top priority. All appointment records are kept confidential for our eyes only and are not accessible by MECCA staff.
Under 18's: If you're under 18, a parent or guardian may need to complete a consent form before your appointment.
Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. Payment is required before receiving any medicines or products.
Cancellation Policy: Life happens – we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to make the best use of our practitioners’ time and ensure everyone gets the care they need. If cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance, you may choose to have your deposit refunded or credited towards future sessions. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee (i.e., your deposit will not be refunded).
Private Health Rebates: If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates on some services. We will email you your receipt to submit to your insurer and receive your refund.
Sundays and Public Holidays: Please note that there is an appointment surcharge of 10% on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide exceptional care on these days.
