1. Overview

1. MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ABN 11 077 859 931) (we, us or our) is the organiser of the Event and prompter of the Competition.
2. This Event and Competition will be conducted at Participating Stores.
3. By participating in this Event and entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.
4. If you are under 18 years old at the time of entry, your parent or guardian must read and accept these Terms and our privacy policy on your behalf. We will assume, if you are under 18 years old when you enter, that you have complied with these requirements.
5. Information on how to enter / participate, the gifts and prizes form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Event and Competition, these Terms prevail.
6. The Event will be conducted during store trading hours of Participating Stores between 29 November 2024 to 1 December 2024 (inclusive) (Promotion Period).
