Usage
Sweep the angled brush across surface of your brow product and fill in brows with short strokes in direction of natural hairs. We recommend Fill in the Blanks™ Brow Powder Pomade to fill and define brows. Use the spoolie end to blend and blur color, or simply to groom and shape your natural brow.
