This candle pays homage to the woody scent of fig trees stretching endlessly across a Mediterranean landscape. Warm, green and delicately fruity, this candle reflects the intoxicating notes that give the tree its character. The scent you know and love is now available in a vessel composed of mouth-blown coloured glass. We recommend burning the Figuier scent with the Opopanax Candle, combining the fruity notes of the fig tree with the balmy accents of oppopanax to evoke scents of Ancient Rome.

Usage
The first time you burn your Diptyque candle, allow it to burn for at least two hours, until the whole top is liquid with wax. This will help your candle burn evenly throughout. After blowing out your candle, re-centre and straighten the wick. Before relighting your Diptyque candle, trim the wick to 1/4-inch length. Allow the candle to burn to the perimeter of the vessel before blowing out to avoid hollowing.
