Inspired by vintage Marlboro ads and the rugged freedom of the American West, it’s warm and compelling, with a touch of bohemian spice. So, how did it become so indelibly associated with New York City? It began with the Gramercy Park Hotel, which embraced it first as a candle, and then a room spray that guests began wearing as perfume.
