Use a tongue cleaner every morning as soon as you wake, to scrape the layer of build-up that has accumulated on the tongue overnight. This is what causes the dreaded morning breath and fuzzy feeling on your tongue. Having a balanced oral microbiome is an important part of keeping you fighting fit. The tongue cleaner has been specifically designed to cover the whole tongue and is made with thick copper to optimise your scraping experience. - Hold one end of the tongue cleaner in each hand and set the rounded part at the back of your tongue.
- Scrape the tongue from back to front applying light pressure. Scrape down the middle and then each side a few times.
- Observe as you remove super gross yellow tongue slime every morning.
- Rinse with water after use. Copper will naturally oxidize over time. That's what will give it its beautiful, unique look. Just make sure to keep rinsing the Tongue Cleaner with water after use and all will be well. If you do want to keep it shiny and bright, rub a mixture of white vinegar and table salt onto the Tongue Cleaner with a cloth and rinse.
Use once per day straight after waking, before eating or drinking.
Do not use if you have recently burnt your tongue with a hot drink for example.
