Getting back to beauty as usual
Shopping with us recently, online and in store, might not have felt like ‘beauty as usual’. To be as transparent as your favourite brow gel, we’re experiencing delays while we implement our new warehouse management system. While this will ultimately make things a million times better (and faster!), it means that it’s currently taking a little longer to replenish the products in-store, and 3 - 5 business days to dispatch online orders from our warehouse.
In order to make your beauty dreams come true, our team is devoted to making your MECCA experience as feel-good as possible — while getting your orders to you ASAP. Here’s what we’ve introduced:

- Complimentary 1:1 consultations, where a MECCA expert will personally help you find, apply, sample — and fall in love with — a brand-new product for you. Consider this your chance to try a red lip moment, or the perfect opportunity to swap your foundation for a glowing skin tint as the weather warms up.
- Endless Aisle, which means if we don’t have your product available in-store, but we do at our warehouse, our store teams will order it for you and have it delivered to your home, free of charge.
- Dedicated phone concierges, so when you call your local MECCA store before you visit, we can check if what you’re looking for is available.
ONLINE
- Premium shipping on all orders, at no additional cost to you.
- A turbo-charged Customer Care team to make it easier and faster to get you the help you need.
- A jam-packed Beauty Loop schedule for the rest of the year, so you’ll be on track to receive all your rewards (both online and in-store)!
- Our warehouse is open 24 hours a day, so we can dispatch your order as soon as possible.
