Arnica Montana Flower
This herb contains natural lactone compounds and helenalin, which give it its well-known astringent, antiseptic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Arnica helps reduce swelling, making it an excellent treatment for bruising.
Camphor
Renowned for its traditional medicinal benefits and analgesic action, Camphor has a cooling effect, helps relieve tired muscles and speeds the recovery of aches and pains.
Menthol
An extract of peppermint, Menthol gives a cooling sensation on the skin, reduces swelling and helps relieve muscle strain.

Usage
Warm a small amount into the palms and gently massage over problem areas with circular motions. For scalp and head tension, place a pea-sized amount on the fingertips and gently massage into the temples and across the forehead. Apply after a shower or bath.
