Tried, tested and not loved? If you have used a product, you will be able to return it for an e-gift card or exchange in-store within 90 days of purchase given it has only been lightly sampled. This means the product may have some signs of minor use or wear, but must not be damaged. You must also provide a valid proof of purchase (such as your receipt, e-receipt, Beauty Loop account history or gift receipt). 

Please note that due to their nature, Sexual Wellness products must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for a change of mind return.
