There is an item missing from my order, what do I do?

We pack your order with lots of love and care, however if you have noticed an item is missing please let us know. You can do so by contacting our Customer Care team through any of the contact channels below on this page and providing your order number and the missing item.

Once you have been in touch with these details, our Customer Care team will request some images to help look into this for you. This includes a photo of the pick ticket found in your order box (this is a white ticket listing items in your order) as well as the items you did receive in your delivery with the box, wrapping and sustainable packing flattened and spread out.
