The packaging my order came in is damaged, can I return it?

We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than perfect condition – we’re here to help if you wish to make a return. We have a flexible Returns Policy whereby you have 90 days to return the item with a proof of purchase (this includes your receipt, e-receipt, Beauty Loop account history or gift receipt).

If you wish to return the item in-store, you can do so for a full refund or a store credit onto a MECCA gift card. If the item is in stock in-store, you will also be able to exchange it if you wish.

Alternatively, if you can’t make it into a store, you’re welcome to return the item back to us via our free postal returns service. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Care team letting us know whether you would prefer to receive a refund or an e-gift card for the item and we can arrange a free return label for you to send it back.
