What if an item I purchased is faulty?
We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from MECCA and so if an item you have purchased is faulty you’re welcome to return it in line with our Returns Policy. You will be able to return the item to us either online by contacting our Customer Care team to request a return or at your nearest MECCA store.
