This flat eyeliner brush has been formulated with synthetic fibres. It effortlessly applies both wet and dry eyeliner formulas and is designed to be used by pushing and stamping product directly onto the base of the eyelashes.

Usage
Apply colour to the tip of the brush, tapping off excess and gently deposit colour along the lash line gradually applying more colour to build intensity. Gently wiggle the brush into your lash line for an intense, diffused look. For an intensified look, apply powders wet for stronger colour impact.
To cleanse your NARS Brushes, dispense a small amount of gentle soap (or your favorite makeup brush shampoo) onto brush and rinse with water until water runs clean. Avoid wetting the handle of the brush. Gently reshape fibers after rinsing. Lay flat or hang upside down to dry.
