Usage
Apply to bare lips for a sheer wash of colour. Start in the centre of your upper lip and apply colour, working towards the outer edges, following the contours of your mouth. Repeat on lower lip. Layer over other lip formulas to add dimension. Mix shades to create custom color effects.
