Usage

Belly & Body Oil: Apply generously to clean, dry or damp skin, taking a moment as the oil absorbs. Allow dry time of 3–4 minutes.

Magnesium Body Rub: Massage a small amount into the skin using slow, intentional movements, focusing on areas of tension such as the neck, shoulders, back, feet, or ankles, until absorbed.

Expertly formulated for pregnant women and suitable for use on all skin types.
