Custom Nail Art by Trophy Wife

• Cancellations can be made for free up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
• Your credit card will be authorised for the full amount at the time of booking but will not be charged until your appointment.
• If removal of any product from your nails is required, this must be added at the time of your booking. Please contact Trophy Wife as soon as possible if you need to add a removal to your service enough time is allocated to provide this add-on.
• Trophy Wife offers removal of gel polish, Shellac, and Apres Gel X. Removal of SNS, Acrylic, and Hard Gel need to be booked elsewhere.
• Any Gel polish, BIAB or Apres Gel-X chipping within a week of your appointment is free – contact Trophy Wife to find a time for you to have your nail repaired free of charge.
• Children aged 12-15 must have consent from a parent/guardian. A parent or guardian must also accompany any child throughout the duration of their treatment.
• Children aged under 12 are not permitted to have treatments using gel, BIAB, or nail extensions. Any appointment cancelled due to non-compliance with these policies will be non-refundable.
• Trophy Wife gift cards and discount codes cannot be used at MECCA appointments.
• All Trophy Wife services are conducted using tools that are cleaned with hospital-grade sterilisation, including an autoclave process. For each client, Trophy Wife uses a brand new nail file and buffer.
