What to know before you book

  • Your service fee for any follow-up Brow Service covers the Brow Service of your choice with a Brow Specialist and is not redeemable for product.
  • If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will be required to attend and sign permission for your Brow Service.
  • Please be aware that changes and/or cancellations made to bookings within 24 hours of the appointment are not refundable and the deposit fee will be retained.
