A naturopathy & nutrition consultation is more than just an appointment – it’s the beginning of a personalised journey to transforming your overall health. This in-depth session goes beyond the surface to explore your health history, review recent testing (or set you up for it), start to uncover the root causes of your concerns and identify what might be holding you back.
Your naturopath will work with you to craft a tailored plan designed to create real, lasting improvements. This might include a mix of herbal medicines, targeted supplements, and practical, actionable steps for improving how you eat, live and feel, depending on what you need. You will leave with deeper insights and a renewed sense of confidence, ready to take control of your health and wellness.
Healing is a journey and progress unfolds over time. In a follow-up naturopathic consultation, you will reconnect with your dedicated naturopath to celebrate your wins, refine your plan and adapt to any changes as your needs evolve.
Whether it's evaluating other aspects of your overall health that have not been addressed, or making small, impactful tweaks to current strategies, this session keeps your wellness momentum alive. Together, we’ll continue crafting a path that works for you. True health is a process and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Initial | $195 | 60 minutes
Follow-Up | $110 | 30 minutes
Note: Deposit = $45 with difference collected at time of appointment.
What to know before you book
Arrive early and settle in: We would love for you to arrive at the apothecary desk 10 minutes prior, to ease into the space and make the most of your appointment.
New Client Form: Your practitioner is excited to get to know you better! Please complete the form found in your confirmation email as soon as possible before your appointment. This helps us to prepare for your visit, so that we can dive straight into delivering the care you deserve.
Confidentiality Guaranteed: Your privacy is our top priority. All appointment records are kept confidential for our eyes only and are not accessible by MECCA staff.
Under 18's: If you're under 18, a parent or guardian may need to complete a consent form before your appointment.
Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due at your appointment. Payment is required before receiving any medicines or products.
Cancellation Policy: Life happens – we understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to make the best use of our practitioners’ time and ensure everyone gets the care they need. If cancellations are made more than 24 hours in advance, you may choose to have your deposit refunded or credited towards future sessions. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee (i.e., your deposit will not be refunded).
Private Health Rebates: If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for rebates on some services. We will email you your receipt to submit to your insurer and receive your refund.
Sundays and Public Holidays: Please note that there is an appointment surcharge of 10% on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide exceptional care on these days.
