Available in two finishes, it glazes lips in glass-effect or naturally shimmering shine. Wear it on its own or layered over lip liner or lipstick.

Usage
Apply one coat for a sheer, high-shine wash of colour. Apply a second coat to dial up the shine. To up the opacity, apply Soulmatte Filling Gel Lip Liner and Soulmatte Velvet Lip Mousse before Dripglass.
