Usage
Twist up slightly (less than 1mm) and swipe over bare lids for a soft veil of shimmer or build it up for something bolder. Wear it on its own or as a topper with Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick. Swiftly blend with fingertips. Re-cap after use to prevent the water-based formula from drying out.
