My Beauty Loop reward is not in my order confirmation email, will I still receive it?
If your Beauty Loop Box, Beauty Loop Bonus or Beauty Loop Loves reward isn’t included in your order confirmation email, it may not have been successfully added to your order at checkout, so you won’t receive it when your package arrives.
For these Beauty Loop rewards to be included in an online order, make sure you’re logged into your account and have added the items you would like to purchase to your bag. If the Beauty Loop reward is available, it will be visible in your bag at checkout which you can view before finalising your order. If this still isn’t working, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team here.
